Bookings are essential. This voucher is single-use and valid for 3 years. This voucher entitles the holder to redeem the nominated value at Fire Kitchen, including Fire Feast by Fire Kitchen. The voucher must be redeemed in one use and cannot be applied across multiple visits. Cash value gift certificates are not transferable, not refundable, and not redeemable for cash. This voucher may only be used at Fire Kitchen and cannot be applied to other areas of Osborn House, such as accommodation or the day spa.

All vouchers are valid for three (3) years from the date of issue and are non-refundable, so please choose carefully before purchasing.
Bookings must be made directly with the Osborn House Reservations Team by emailing reservations@osbornhouse.com.au or 02 4883 6027 and advising the use of gift voucher. Redemption of a gift voucher is subject to availability at the time of booking. The original gift voucher must be presented at Osborn House. The gift voucher will not be extended past its validity date. The gift voucher amount is not transferrable, cannot be redeemed for cash and the full amount must be redeemed on a single occasion. No credit or change can be given on unused amounts. Should the total spend be more than the value of the gift voucher, Osborn House will charge the credit card used upon check-in for the difference. Terms & Conditions of the actual booking depend on the rate chosen by the recipient upon redeeming their gift voucher with the Reservations team.
