Terms & Conditions (120 minute Couples Spa Journey Gift Certificate)
Bookings are essential. This voucher is single-use and valid for 3 years. This voucher entitles the holder to a 2-hour couples spa Journey, bookable Monday to Friday, with the guest’s choice of available Spa Journeys at Osborn House. The experience includes a Country Club Day Pass for use on the same day as the treatment.
This voucher must be redeemed in one visit and cannot be split across multiple appointments. It is not transferable and not redeemable for cash, and cannot be exchanged for other products or services within Osborn House, including accommodation, dining, or retail. Redemption is strictly subject to therapist and treatment availability. Public holidays may be booked with the applicable supplementary fee.

All vouchers are valid for three (3) years from the date of issue and are non-refundable, so please choose carefully before purchasing.
Bookings must be made directly with the Osborn House Reservations Team by emailing reservations@osbornhouse.com.au or 02 4883 6027 and advising the use of gift voucher. Redemption of a gift voucher is subject to availability at the time of booking. The original gift voucher must be presented at Osborn House. The gift voucher will not be extended past its validity date. The gift voucher amount is not transferrable, cannot be redeemed for cash and the full amount must be redeemed on a single occasion. No credit or change can be given on unused amounts. Should the total spend be more than the value of the gift voucher, Osborn House will charge the credit card used upon check-in for the difference. Terms & Conditions of the actual booking depend on the rate chosen by the recipient upon redeeming their gift voucher with the Reservations team.
