All vouchers are valid for three (3) years from the date of issue and are non-refundable, so please choose carefully before purchasing.
Bookings must be made directly with the Osborn House Reservations Team by emailing reservations@osbornhouse.com.au or calling our team on 02 4883 6027. Redemption of a gift voucher is subject to availability at the time of booking. The original gift voucher must be presented at Osborn House. The gift voucher will not be extended past its validity date. The gift voucher amount is not transferrable, cannot be redeemed for cash and the full amount must be redeemed on a single occasion.
No credit or change can be given on unused amounts. Should the total spend be more than the value of the gift voucher, Osborn House will charge the credit card used upon check-in for the difference. Terms & Conditions of the actual booking depend on the rate chosen by the recipient upon redeeming their gift voucher with the Reservations team.
