Bookings are essential. 12 days of Osborn offers will be available to book or gift until 23rd December 2025. This voucher entitles the holder to a two-night stay in a Suite, redeemable Sunday night and Monday night over a public Fire Feast date. Redemption is strictly subject to availability of both the Suite room type and Fire Feast tickets. Valid only for public Fire Feast events listed annually on the Osborn House website. Public holidays are excluded, but may be booked with the applicable supplementary fee. Day-of-week changes may incur additional supplements. Example: To stay Saturday & Sunday instead of Sunday & Monday, the Saturday night supplement applies. Guests may upgrade to another room type; upgrade fees vary by date and availability. Guests are encouraged to check both accommodation and Fire Feast availability before planning their stay, or contact our team for assistance.     All vouchers are valid for three (3) years from the date of issue and are non-refundable, so please choose carefully before purchasing. 
    Bookings must be made directly with the Osborn House Reservations Team by emailing reservations@osbornhouse.com.au or 02 4883 6027 and advising the use of gift voucher. Redemption of a gift voucher is subject to availability at the time of booking. The original gift voucher must be presented at Osborn House. The gift voucher will not be extended past its validity date. The gift voucher amount is not transferrable, cannot be redeemed for cash and the full amount must be redeemed on a single occasion. No credit or change can be given on unused amounts. Should the total spend be more than the value of the gift voucher, Osborn House will charge the credit card used upon check-in for the difference. Terms & Conditions of the actual booking depend on the rate chosen by the recipient upon redeeming their gift voucher with the Reservations team.
