Terms & Conditions (Osborn House Summer Reset)
Bookings are essential. This voucher is single-use and valid for 3 years. This voucher entitles the holder to a two-night stay in a Suite, redeemable for Sunday–Thursday stays between 1 November and 31 March. Redemption is strictly subject to availability of the Suite room type. The offer includes accommodation, daily breakfast, and two 60-minute spa treatments per night booked (a couples treatment each night).
Public holidays are excluded from standard validity but may be booked with the applicable supplementary fee. Friday, Saturday, and out-of-season dates (1 April–31 October) may also incur additional supplements. Guests may upgrade to another room type; upgrade fees vary by date and availability. Guests are encouraged to check stay dates and spa availability before planning their visit, or contact our team for assistance.

All vouchers are valid for three (3) years from the date of issue and are non-refundable, so please choose carefully before purchasing.
Bookings must be made directly with the Osborn House Reservations Team by emailing reservations@osbornhouse.com.au or 02 4883 6027 and advising the use of gift voucher. Redemption of a gift voucher is subject to availability at the time of booking. The original gift voucher must be presented at Osborn House. The gift voucher will not be extended past its validity date. The gift voucher amount is not transferrable, cannot be redeemed for cash and the full amount must be redeemed on a single occasion. No credit or change can be given on unused amounts. Should the total spend be more than the value of the gift voucher, Osborn House will charge the credit card used upon check-in for the difference. Terms & Conditions of the actual booking depend on the rate chosen by the recipient upon redeeming their gift voucher with the Reservations team.
